Meet Bernadette

Twelve years in clinic. Twenty in nursing.

Hi, I’m Bernadette Tobin, RN, Independent Nurse Prescriber, MSc Advanced Practice (Level 7), Level 7 Aesthetics.

I built Aesthetics Unlocked because the gap I kept seeing wasn’t clinical. The practitioners I knew were technically excellent, they were just exhausted, undercharging, and privately unsure if they were actually compliant. AU is the framework I wish someone had handed me when I started, the same one I run inside Visage Aesthetics, my own clinic, which won Best Non-Surgical Aesthetics Clinic 2026 (Essex). What I teach isn’t theory. It’s what I do.

    Every clinical decision I teach is built around one question: can you justify this on paper? I teach treatments NICE-aligned. Regulation Traffic-Light-aligned. Marketing ASA-aligned. The work has to hold up in the room where it matters, that's how I run my own clinic, and it's how I teach you to run yours.
